Orders within the United States:
Most orders ship within three business days from receipt at our fulfillment center. During peak periods we can experience an additional one or two day delay. AVERAGE delivery time is 5 to 10 open days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Media Mail.
Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than two weeks from the date of your order for domestic orders and less than 30 days from the date of your order for international orders. Delays can occur which are out of our control.
Orders to Canada:
If you order from Canada please keep in mind that if your order delivery time can take longer than to 2-3 weeks.
Return Policy:
Items are not sold on approval. No exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Problems must be noted within 30 days of receipt of product.
